EDUCATION: Veil Banning TOPIC: Cairo University has banned female teachers from wearing the full face veil (niqab) while teaching in order to improve communication between teachers and students. Rather than the niqab, they may wear a veil that covers their hair but not their face. What happened when they tried to ban the niqab completely from the entire university?
